1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A valid credit card or full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
1.2. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
1.3. A refundable security deposit of [amount] may be required before check-in to cover potential damages.
1.4. The person making the reservation must be at least 20 years old.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
2.2. Cancellations within 14 days before check-in will be charged 50% percentage.
2.3. No refunds for early checkouts or no-shows.

3. Check-in & Check-out

3.1. Check-in: 4:00 pm | Check-out: 10:00 am.
3.2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

4.1. No smoking inside the property. A fine of $1000 applies for violations.
4.2. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am.
4.3. Registered guests only. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Extra visitor who doesn't stay over needs to be informed Stay In Nest in advance. A fine of $1000 applies for violations.
4.4. Pet policy: Depends on each properties. If allowed, a pet fee and a refundable security deposit applies.

5. Liability, Damages & Lost Items

5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the provided payment method.

5.2. The host is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to have travel insurance.
5.3. Lost Items Policy:

The host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items.
If a high-value item (e.g., jewelry, electronics, designer goods) is found and a guest requests retrieval, a $100 handling fee will be charged, in addition to shipping costs.
Items not claimed within 3 days will be discarded or donated.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. The host is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

7. Changes & Modifications to Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The updated version of these terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
7.3. Guests are encouraged to review these terms before booking, as continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
